Steam 101s Summer Engineering Camp introduces inner-city citizens of all ages to the various engineering disciplines. As we cover the expansive and exciting areas of engineering, the overarching goal is to spark interest and encourage our mentees to pursue their passion with a career in STEAM. Aerospace, Robotics, Chemical, Software, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, Materials, and Navigation are some, but not all, fields that will be explored. With a vast and fascinating curriculum, STEAM 101 will keep members of all ages engaged and equip them with valuable skills the STEAM marketplace will always require. Our devoted engineering teachers will oversee weekly assignments and oral presentations with years of professional in-field experience to measure retention and comprehension.
